Jillian is the Founder & CEO of Roboro, a sustainable textile waste and accountability company, born from her firsthand experience working in film and television. After witnessing the scale of waste generated by productions, particularly within her own costume department, she set out to build solutions that could support both creative industries and the systems that surround them.
Operating at the intersection of film, fashion, labor, and climate action, Roboro supports cities and communities through policy, education, and cultural programming. Guided by the belief that pop culture and artists can shift norms at scale, Roboro uses the influence of creative industries to advance circular systems.
